How can I reschedule a therapy session?

From your dashboard, open upcoming sessions and choose reschedule at least 24 hours before the slot.

Where can I check therapist application status?

After submission, we review your profile and send updates to your email and therapist dashboard.

What should I do if a page is not loading?

Refresh, clear browser cache, and try again. If it persists, submit a technical issue with screenshots.
